Team Leader
Rev. John Guillot serves the DBC in the areas of worship, stewardship, missions, and partnerships.
John also serves as the State Director of Missions.
He and his wife Donna have two grown children, Gabi and Valerie.
John has background in pastoral, association, and language/partnership ministry.

Strategy
Create an atmosphere for life-changing worship
- Raise the awareness of the value of personal worship
- Pursue God's best in corporate worship
Nurture Faithful Stewards of God's Resources- Raise awareness of Biblical stewardship (God's ownership) annually
- Promote annually Cooperative Missions giving
- Provide assistance to congregations in building projects and capital improvement annually or as requested
Plant healthy, reproducing new works and churches- Discover God's direction
- Develop a strategic process
- Deploy God's resources to assist local churches and associations
Be an "On Mission" convention- Assist churches to annually reach their next level utilizing the results driven process pyramid as requested
- Utilize the Acts 1:8 model annually
