Team Leader
 Rev. Myron Grueneich serves the DBC in the area of strengthening ministry. His strategic areas of service are leadership, discipleship, ministry, and integrity.
He also serves as LifeWay Director and Technology Specialist.
He and his wife Kathy have four children, Summer, Kent, Blake and Krysta. Myron and Kathy are native North Dakotans. Myron has background in pastoral ministry, public and private education, agriculture, and private business.

Strategy Plan

Develop Believers toward Christ-likeness- Provide consultation for needs based discipleship development
- Provide studies for leaders to equip them for one-on-one or small group training for leaders
Serve others by utilizing gifts-based ministry- Foster a climate that values selfless service in Jesus' name to our community and world in 20% of our churches annually
- Create opportunities for Dakota Baptists to discover and use their spiritual gifts
Equip Godly Leaders- Encourage high standards in the pastoral call process
- Develop a solid core of Dakota Leadership by October 2006
- Develop support systems for pastoral leadership and families to be fully implemented by December 2008
Build integrity throughout the DBC- Raise an awareness of the need for integrity
- Encourage and educate about relational integrity
- Encourage and educate about financial integrity annually
