Dakota Baptist Convention

The new leader of the SBC Executive Committee, Dr. Jeff Iorg, will be the guest for the September CP Ambassador Zoom meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 10, at 10:00 a.m., (Mountain Time), 11:00 a.m. (Central Time.

Dr. Iorg recently retired as the president of Gateway Seminary. He deferred his long-awaited retirement to answer the call of the EC trustees to lead this important Southern Baptist entity.

The CP Ambassadors are folks from different Dakota Baptist churches that have a love for missions and an interest in the gospel partnership that we have as Dakota Baptists and Southern Baptists. They meet monthly by Zoom to talk about ways to work together in taking the message of Christ throughout the Dakotas and around the world. Dr. Iorg will share with the Ambassadors about the Cooperative Program (CP) and the upcoming 100th anniversary celebration of the CP in 2025.
