Olsons Accept New Challenge in Western Wyoming
Todd Olson, pastor at Edgemont Baptist in Edgemont, SD, has accepted a call to serve as the coordinator for the Northwest Wyoming area of the Child Evangelism Fellowship ministry in Powell, WY. Olson and his wife Janet have served in the Dakotas since 2019. Todd began as the church’s interim pastor and accepted their call to serve as pastor beginning in the fall of that year.
Child Evangelism Fellowship is an international ministry that provides evangelism training and resources designed to share the gospel with children and their families. Through the use of Good News Clubs, Backyard Bible Clubs, and resources such as the “Wordless Book,” CEF partners with local churches around the globe to share the message of God’s love and His offer of salvation.
The Olsons have two children, Rebekah and Isaiah. Todd’s last Sunday at Edgemont is May 26, after which he will begin training for his new role. They will be based in Worland, WY. As CEF missionaries, the Olsons will be raising their support for their work.
