Royall Leads Coaching Workshop in the Black Hills
Bob Royall of the Blackaby Spiritual Leadership Coaching organization led a coaching workshop last month in the Black Hills. It was held at South Canyon Baptist Church. Eighteen people went through the training, including one individual from Canada.
Sean Donnelly, pastor at Black Hills Baptist Church in Whitewood, coordinated the event. He said it was “a wonderful workshop” and that he is praying that “God uses these coaching skills as a seed to advance His kingdom” through the participants.
Royall has conducted several coaching events in the Dakotas over the past several years. Retired Dakota pastor Steve Ford (Vermillion, SD: Grace Baptist) assisted in teaching. Ford led sessions on establishing coaching networks.
